Shipping Practices
Please allow two to three business days for order
processing, in addition to whatever time it takes for our shipping services to
deliver your order. Ground shipping typically arrives in 3-5 business days from
the date of processing.
International Orders with International
Shipping
If your order needs to ship outside of the United
States or Canada, please contact the Desert Snow Office at 405-293-9800 and
place your order over the phone. We will
need to investigate the shipping costs associated with your order.
International Orders with State-side Shipping
If international customers have access to a
state-side shipping alternative, they may choose this option to mitigate international
shipping costs. Simply enter the U.S. address as the delivery location. The
billing section must reflect the billing address associated with the credit
card being used.
Returns
We would like to thank you for your purchase
and hope you enjoy your new merchandise. If you are dissatisfied with your
purchase you may return the item(s) to us for replacement or credit (purchase
price and tax) to the original credit card account used to make the purchase.
There are specific circumstances that do not allow for returns. These include,
but are not limited to:
• Obvious abuse of the product
• Product breakage or defects not reported
within 14 days of receipt of merchandise
• Merchandise in the buyer's possession for
more than 60 days
• Damage to or shrinkage of apparel due to
improper care and/or washing
Undamaged returned merchandise is subject to a
15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
